Being a SCRC sponsor provides many beneficial reasons! As a SCRC 2026 corporate sponsor, your company will engage with and expose your brand to hundreds of job seekers, garnering interest in any internship, Co-Op, full-time, or other roles you may be looking to fill. Your sponsorship will also help us run the conference by providing funds for all aspects of the event and allowing our attendees to interact with industry leaders in various fields.

Our event offers four primary sponsorship tiers: silver, gold, platinum, and diamond which are ordered from cheapest to most expensive! Each tier increases your benefits, with diamond having the most exclusive perks. We also offer a “career fair” option for companies who are only interested in attending our career fair.

Some of the benefits of our sponsorship tiers include, but are not limited to, access to attendee resumes, ad space in our conference booklet, and the ability to host a workshop! We aim to best accommodate your needs. To achieve this, you can expect streamlined communication from the moment we first get in contact through the conference itself, as well as ample planning to ensure the event runs as seamlessly as possible. Since we aim to make SCRC a successful event both for our attendees and our sponsors, we ask that you honor any sponsor-related commitments that you make, such as career fair attendance and workshop participation, and that you communicate any changes that may affect your day-of plans to us as soon as possible.

The recommended preparations a sponsor should take for the day of the event will vary depending on the tier that the sponsor paid for. In general, sponsors should expect to bring at least two representatives and any materials that they may want for the career fair. Other sponsorship perks, such as booklet ad space and workshop participation, may warrant additional prior and day-of preparations, but you will receive clear communication and assistance from us if that is the case!
