All conference events will be held on the first and second floors of the WCP. The majority of the ceremonies will be hosted in the Auditorium room 1.402 and the Ballroom room 2.410 & 2.412 while the workshops will be hosted on a mix of 1st and 2nd floors. The University of Texas at Austin welcomes visitors to campus, but it's important to note that there is no free parking on the main campus, except for short-term loading zone parking.
There are 12 garages that you can navigate for parking. The locations and rates are listed below.
For easy access to the convention center, we recommend parking in:Â
San Antonio Garage (Highly recommended because it is close to the event and off-campus career venue)
Brazos Garage
San Jacinto Garage
